Mr. Srivastava has held significant positions in various esteemed organizations, showcasing his commitment to fostering business growth and development. Notably, he served as the Chairman of the Cottage Industries Sub-Committee at the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCC) in Ranchi. His leadership extended to Lions International, where he held the position of Secretary at Z,C,Lions International Reg 2 A National Sec KKVM, Sec N,Y,S Ranchi, and Vice President of the Youth Club in Ranchi.

She calls her a ‘Fashion Doctor because of her Aesthetics sense of design and she feels the heart beat of fashion .
Astha Kiran's influence extends beyond the fashion realm; she is the President of Madhavi Shyam Educational Trust and the Chairman of the FJCCI Woman Committee. Her rich experience in both social and business platforms has inspired the establishment of TEFI, a non-profit organization with a mission to promote cottage and start-up industries, woman empowerment, and childcare programs.
